Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and password and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. 2. Plans & Billing a) We offer Free and Paid (Premium/Pro) plans. Features and limits are described on our pricing page. b) Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. c) All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. d) We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. 3. API Use Our API is rate-limited to 30 requests per minute. You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass our rate limits. Your API key must be kept secret. 4. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if: a) You violate our Terms of Use. b) You engage in excessive spam complaints or abuse reports. c) Your account is inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your links may be deactivated. 5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer Our Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months. 6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. 7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time.
